of Hydra is located about 40 miles (64 km) south of Athens on an island which is also named Hydra.\u00a0 The village is about a 90 minute ferry ride from Athens.<\/p>\n<p>The island has no cars, trucks, motorcycles, or scooters.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Our first day on the island, I woke up before sunrise and went out for a walk.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_1548\" style=\"width: 650px\" opening a large bag of produce to grab himself a snack.\n\t\t\t\t<\/dd><\/dl><br style=\"clear: both\" \/>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n<p>We stopped for a morning coffee at a cafe along the waterfront.\u00a0
